Smithfield Workshop Venue
Our Smithfield venue has been designed to boost productivity and creativity, from the open plan layout, to the fixtures and furnishings. The venue is located in heart of London, a short walk from Farringdon and Barbican Stations, making it very easy to get to no matter where you’re travelling in from. Farringdon is increasingly becoming a hub for companies within the tech and creative sectors, so we endeavoured to design a fitting venue when we refurbished it in 2020. Our Smithfield venue offers businesses cool and quirky space to host creative workshops.
Barbican Workshop Venue
Our Barbican venue is comprised of 22 rooms across five floors, making it a perfect workshop venue for companies that have multiple groups. The venue is located directly next to Barbican Underground Station and a short walk from Farringdon, St Paul’s and Moorgate Stations. This venue offers bright and modern workshop rooms, with unique views of London and state-of-the-art equipment. Relax after your workshop in our spacious restaurant and enjoy meals freshly prepared by our in-house team of award-winning chefs.

All of our workshop venues have all of the facilities and equipment you’ll need, including in-house catering provided by our team of award-winning chefs. We offer a wide range of catering options. Whether you’re after a hearty breakfast followed by a light working lunch or a light breakfast followed by a delicious two course lunch in our restaurant, we have something to suit everyone. You can even end the day with a three course sit down meal or socialise over some drinks and canapés.
Whatever it is that takes your fancy, you can rest assured that our food is freshly prepared daily by our team of award-winning in-house chefs, headed up by our Executive Head Chef Jamian Lewis, who has over 25 years as a top chef.

Catering services are included in our day delegate package, but upgrades are available or you can choose to add catering to a room hire package as an optional extra. When coupled with our optional break-out areas, the two provide a fantastic, relaxed environment for your team to socialise and debrief after a business workshop.

Workshop Day Delegate Rate
Our day delegate rate package offers a cost-effective solution for your business workshop. It’s simple, choose the workshop room that best suits your event, pay a flat rate for each attendee, and we’ll do the rest.
Starting at just £59, our day delegate rate packages include:
- Workshop Room Hire – Including bright and airy spaces, state-of-the-art tech, and free stationery.
- Drinks & Refreshments – As many cups of tea and fresh bean coffee as you like, available at any time of the day.
- Breakfast Options – Including fresh fruit and juices, cereals and pastries, along with yoghurt and fruit compote.
- Snacks – We keep mid-morning and afternoon snacks varied from day to day but include options such as homemade cereal bars, waffles, pastries and smoothies in the morning, along with scones, cakes and muffins in the afternoon.
- Lunch Options – Always freshly prepared on-site, we offer delicious hot and cold buffets for meat-eaters, pescatarians, vegetarians and vegans.
- Working Lunches – Short on time? You can always request to have your lunch on the go in your workshop room.
You can also upgrade your breakfast and choose to have a Full English, an American Diner style breakfast or our Health & Vitality breakfast to give you the boost you need in the morning.
Workshop Room Hire
If you don’t require all of the features and benefits offered in our day delegate rate package, booking your workshop space on a room-only basis may be preferable. You’ll pay a flat fee to hire one of our London workshop rooms, equipment will still be included and you’ll have free reign of the workshop space to use exactly how you need it, just omit the catering options from your experience with us. Should you change your mind or desire meals, snacks or refreshments – they can be added to the cost of your workshop room hire. If you need additional equipment, this can also be added onto your workshop room hire package.
