Dull meeting rooms make dull meetings! Our creative meeting rooms are perfectly designed to foster creativity and productivity, making them perfect for your next London meeting or workshop.
Meeting rooms don’t need to be bland. We understand the importance of how your environment can harness creativity, which is why we’ve designed our meeting spaces accordingly.
We have a selection of creative spaces to choose from, such as our Camden Lock room at CCT Venues-Smithfield. This creative meeting room features modern décor, quirky furnishings, retro games and the board table doubles up as a table tennis table for you to enjoy with your colleagues.
Creative Meeting Room Facilities
All of our creative meeting spaces have heaps of natural daylight and state of the art AV facilities. Our venues also feature a variety of attractive breakout areas that can be utilised for your event, including lounges and restaurants.
If you require catering, we have a range of options for you from breakfast to lunch to snacks to celebratory drinks. All of which can be tailored to your specific needs and is prepared in-house by our team of award-winning chefs.

Creative Meeting Room Locations
The City
Looking for a cool meeting room? Well check out our newly refurbished Smithfield venue, located less than 5 minutes’ walk from Farringdon and Barbican underground stations and only 1 stop from Kings Cross station.
Our Barbican venue space has a large variety of rooms in the heart of the capital, right next to Barbican tube station and a short walk from further transport links at Farringdon, St Paul’s and Moorgate it’s the perfect City space.
Day delegate rate
All our London meeting rooms are available to hire on a day delegate rate, which starts at £59 per person and includes refreshments and facilities.
Room hire only
Instead of taking advantage of our day delegate rate package, you might prefer to book on a room-only basis. If so we can add meals, snacks and refreshments to suit your event.
Breakout rooms
All our venues have plenty of breakout rooms near our main training and conference rooms which can be added to your package for an additional charge.
Room layouts
Our rooms can be set up to suit different group sizes and event styles in a range of layouts – just let us know what you need in advance.
