We have a wide range of exam rooms which can accommodate small groups to large groups of up to 110. If you have multiple groups or need breakout rooms, this can be easily accommodated as all of our venues contain a wide range of flexible rooms that can be set up for your specific needs.
We have over 15 years’ experience hosting educational events and exams for a wide range of educational establishments, including prestigious business schools, educational governing bodies, examination boards, schools and colleges. Examination Room Facilities
All of our exam rooms are spacious and airy, complimented by natural daylight. Our exam rooms are fully equipped with everything you would need, including HD projectors (up to 6,000 lumens), HD screens, 100MB high-speed Wi-Fi, lighting control and blackout blinds. We offer highly competitive prices for use of additional equipment, such as laptops, multiple display, microphones, HD live streaming services, HD recording services, state of the art audio conferencing and video conferencing facilities, HD webcam’s/ VC codec’s, autocue technology and staging capabilities. Also, our highly experienced AV specialists will be on-hand 24/7 should you need assistance.
If you require catering, we have a range of options for you from breakfast to lunch to snacks to celebratory drinks. All of which can be tailored to your specific needs and is prepared in-house by our team of award-winning chefs.
Exam Room Locations
All of our venues are based in central locations and are very easily accessible.
Our Canary Wharf venue, based on Bank Street, is a 1 minute walk from Canary Wharf Jubilee Line station and 2 minutes’ walk from Heron Quays DLR station.
Our Smithfield venue is less than 5 minutes’ walk from Farringdon and Barbican stations and only 1 stop from Kings Cross.
Our Barbican venue is located directly next to Barbican underground station and is a short walk from Farringdon, St Paul’s and Moorgate tube stations.
Day delegate rate
All our London exam rooms are available to hire on a day delegate rate, which starts at £59 per person and includes refreshments and facilities.
Room hire only
Instead of taking advantage of our day delegate rate package, you might prefer to book on a room-only basis. If so we can add meals, snacks and refreshments to suit your event.
