Meet Marco Antonioli, our AV & IT Manager

How much experience do you have in the events industry?

“I joined CCT Venues 8 years ago and it was my first job in the event industry.”

Why do you enjoy working in the events industry/ what inspired you to work in the events industry in first place?

“I love how every event is different from the last, which means every day I get to experience something new.”

What motivates you in your job?

“I enjoy variety and my role definitely gives me the opportunity to get stuck into a wide variety of different tasks. I also enjoy problem solving and this is a highly required skilled to be successful in my role. For example, sometimes clients are hoping to achieve things that requires me to explore and experiment with new set ups, technology and equipment in order to make their vision a reality.”

What’s different about CCT Venues compared to other venues or the previous companies you have worked for?

“I haven’t worked for any other venues, but based on the feedback I receive from our clients, we always exceed expectations with the service we provide them. Clients are always so appreciative that I am there to setup and test all of their equipment to ensure they don’t have any technical hiccups, but I’m just doing my job and am more than happy to help.”

“I am passionate about technology and the fact that it’s constantly evolving and improving our quality of life. I love exploring new technology and equipment that has been specifically designed for the events industry.”
