Meet Leah Pearce, our Events Manager

How much experience do you have in the events industry?

“I’ve been working in events for 4 years now, and the hospitality industry for 8 years.”

Why do you enjoy working in the events industry/ what inspired you to work in the events industry in first place?

“I am a very organised person and have always enjoyed working in a customer facing environment, so working in the events industry felt like the most natural path for me to take. I love that in the events industry every day is different and every client has their individual needs, which means I get to work on something new and exciting on daily basis.”

What motivates you in your job?

“Receiving feedback from our clients and their delegates and seeing the smile on their faces at the end of the day. Also working with such a fantastic team!”

What’s different about CCT Venues compared to other venues or the previous companies you have worked for?

“We are like one big family at CCT Venues – we are all passionate about customer service and going above and beyond our client’s expectations. Also, as we are a relatively small company, it means that our thoughts and ideas are appreciated and taken on board.”
