We have a wide range of modern conference rooms for you to choose from, fully equipped with everything you will need. All of our venues are comprised of multiple flexible rooms, so it’s not a problem if you need breakout rooms or breakout space.

We have over 15 years’ experience hosting conferences for businesses within a wide range of different sectors, with resoundingly positive feedback!

Conference Room Facilities

All of our conference rooms are spacious, airy and have heaps of natural daylight. They are fully equipped with everything you would need, including HD projectors (up to 6,000 lumens), high speed Wi-Fi (100MB), lighting control and blackout blinds.

With a large range of state-of-the-art technology available such as PA systems, plasma screens, video conferencing facilities and dedicated on-site AV technicians, we can work with you to take your event to the next level. If you would like to give your attendees the option of joining your conference virtually, we have a range of hybrid conference solutions for you to choose from.

You’ll also have access to an excellent range of freshly prepared food and refreshments from our in-house chefs.

Conference Room Locations

Canary Wharf:

Our Bank Street venue, located opposite Canary Wharf station, set in the heart of the area’s buzzing business district, can accommodate up to 250 people in its lofty location on the 32nd Floor. Here your conference will be complimented with panoramic views across London’s incomparable landmarks.

All rooms are on one floor, with no stairs to negotiate. And unlike many London conference venues, you won’t have to jostle with hotel guests for space either. Our focus is purely on business events, and everything is tailored to your convenience.

If you are looking for an exclusive London event space, our Elite Suite located on Level 29 at Bank Street, equipped with our dedicated event studio, provides the ideal place for impactful conferences, exhibitions and meetings, and of course you still get those breath-taking views.

The City:

Our Smithfield venue, which was recently refurbished in 2020, can hold up to 190 delegates for a conference. This venue is located just moments from Farringdon station, so it’s perfect if you are looking to host a conference in the heart of London.

Equally our Barbican venue can hold up to 150 delegates and is situated right next door to Barbican tube station.

Day delegate rate

All our London meeting rooms are available to hire on a day delegate rate, which starts at £59 per person and includes refreshments and facilities.

Room hire only

Instead of taking advantage of our day delegate rate package, you might prefer to book on a room-only basis. If so we can add meals, snacks and refreshments to suit your event.
