1. What is included in the Day Delegate Rate (DDR)?
Our day delegate rate includes the following:-
Full day use of a main room (up to 8 hours)
Whiteboard
Flipchart
Delegate stationery (pens and pads)
Bottled water
Sweets
Two-course finger buffet lunch
Delegate registration
Tea, coffee and juices
Freshly baked pastries
Fruit on arrival
2 servings of tea, coffee and biscuits mid-morning
and mid-afternoon

Yes. Minimum numbers apply to individual rooms when you book a Day Delegate Rate.

All our rooms have natural daylight, air-conditioned and unobstructed sightlines.

13. How early can we gain access to the venue on the day of our event?
The earliest you can gain access is normally 8am, however should you wish to have earlier access please let us know and this can be arranged.

14. Is it possible to send course materials to the venue in advance?
Yes. Course materials can be sent to the venue in advance. Please ensure that you label the boxes correctly with your company name and date of the event.

15. Can you arrange a courier to return our materials, after the event?
Yes, we can organise a courier to send back your materials. This service is chargeable and the amount will be added to your final invoice.
