Day Delegate Packages

Prices quoted for day delegate packages are per person, per day or half day. Minimum numbers apply to specific rooms.

Standard package with lunch
Includes the full day use of a main room equipped with white board, flipchart, delegate stationery, bottled water and sweets. Also includes a two-course hot and cold fork buffet lunch, delegate registration, tea, coffee, juices, freshly baked pastries and fruit on arrival. Tea, coffee and biscuits are served mid-morning and mid-afternoon.

Half day standard package with lunch
Same as standard package but with up to five hours room hire plus two-course hot and cold fork buffet lunch and two servings of tea, coffee and biscuits. Minimum numbers: 10 people.

Half day standard package without lunch
Same as standard package but includes up to five hours room hire plus two servings of tea/coffee and biscuits, and excludes lunch. Minimum numbers: 10 people.
